Job summary

Church's Shift Lead at Refuel Operating Company, LLC is the on-duty restaurant leader ensuring teammates are trained, supported, and motivated to deliver outstanding guest service. This role oversees shift operations, food quality, safety, and cleanliness while enforcing company policies.

You will supervise, coach, and delegate tasks, maintain speed and accuracy during peak periods, and ensure proper cash handling and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service.
• Must have basic math skills (8th-grade level).
• On-the-job training provided for new team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations to ensure prompt, friendly guest service.
• Ensure menu items meet Church's standards and procedures.
• Coach and train team members; monitor workflow and accountability.
