Job summary

Qualifications
- Customer service experience is important for guest satisfaction.
- Willingness to supervise and train Crew members.
- Ability to lead shifts and communicate effectively with the team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee shifts weekly and ensure fast, friendly service for every customer.
- Provide leadership to Crew and Managers during a shift to uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
- Monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability during shifts.
- Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance on shift.
- Train new team members on critical job functions and food production.
