Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and quality standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety targets.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee requests and time-off needs.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
