Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and ensure high quality products and customer service. You will manage operations, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance with laws and safety standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Ideal candidates have prior restaurant shift lead experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction. Training and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines and executes dough management, portioning, and product prep to quality standards.
• Maintain customer service quality and follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and manage inventory and cash handling per company guidelines.
• Support profitability by controlling labor and food costs and maintaining cleanliness.
