Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers
• At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating with a team
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart on shift to create a welcoming space
• Provide quality beverages and food to customers
• Handle cash and ensure store safety and security
• Prepare and coach staff in beverage/food prep to standard recipes
• Delegate tasks to two or more employees and supervise the team
