You will lead by example, ensure food safety and quality, train staff, manage schedules, and support the management team to hit customer, sales, and safety goals. Previous leadership experience and SERV Safe certification by training end are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• SERV Safe certification preferred or must obtain by end of training.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the shift team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Ensure brand standards and food safety procedures are followed.
• Train and develop staff to improve performance and efficiency.
• Schedule coverage and manage shift operations during peak times.
