Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals.
• Stand and move for most of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill.
• Follow brand standards to prepare food, serve customers and maintain cleanliness.
• Promote a customer-first culture and develop the team.
