Job summary

HAZA Foods is hiring a Shift Manager to guide a Wendy's team in delivering excellent service and high-quality food. You will lead by example, promote a customer-first attitude, and ensure safe, efficient operations across shifts.

You will build and coach a strong team, support management goals, and look for opportunities to advance within the restaurants while maintaining brand standards and a clean, welcoming environment.
