Job summary

Gateway Triangle Corp is seeking a LiqGo Shift Supervisor at our Hammond, IN location. This full-time role oversees shift performance, ensures safe operations, and reports to the Store Manager.

You will greet customers, handle transactions, manage inventory, train team members, and maintain a clean, compliant store environment. Open availability and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. Experience with liquor licensing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older and able to obtain an Indiana liquor license.
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to lead a team.
• Capable of maintaining accuracy in cash handling and inventories.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Good math and numerical skills for daily transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Maintain stock and inventory using store tools and resources.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members on shift.
• Complete shift records and manage cigarette & lottery inventory.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant store environment.
• Open availability and up to 40 hours per week.
