Job summary

Gateway Triangle Corp is seeking a LiqGo Shift Supervisor at our Hammond, IN location. This full-time role oversees shift performance, ensures safe operations, and reports to the Store Manager.

You will greet customers, handle transactions, manage inventory, train team members, and maintain a clean, compliant store environment. Open availability and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. Experience with liquor licensing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older and able to obtain an Indiana liquor license.
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to lead a team.
• Capable of maintaining accuracy in cash handling and inventories.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Good math and numerical skills for daily transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process sales transactions quickly and accurately.

LIQGO SHIFT SUPERVISOR - JOB DESCRIPTION

The LiqGo Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising the shift's performance and managing tasks in a practical and objective manner during an assigned shift. The LiqGo Shift Supervisor maintains a safe and secure environment for all associates. The LiqGo Shift Supervisor reports directly to the Store Manager.

LiqGo Shift Supervisor duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Greet all customers
• Make sales transactions quickly and accurately
• Maintain stock and inventory using available tools and resources
• Complete shift reports and account for inventory during vendor check-ins
• Treat customers and co-workers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Complete shift sheets and account for Cigarette & Lottery inventory
• Maintain general appearance and cleanliness of store premises
• Possess the ability to merchandise and keep records
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all customers and employees
• Lead, train, motivate and develop team members
• Create positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect

Experience/Qualifications:

• Must be over 21
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to obtain Liquor License and complete Indiana Server Training Program
• Self-motivated, dependable
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% customer focus
• Basic mathematics skills
