KB Fast Foods, LLC. is hiring an Hourly Manager for Burger King to oversee shift operations and deliver the Customer Promise. You will direct crew, ensure fast, accurate service, and uphold brand standards while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

The role requires 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English and math skills, and completion or willingness to complete internal KB Fast Foods trainings, including BMT and Serve Safe.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency for clear speech and written comprehension.
• Basic math skills.
• Completion or willingness to complete internal KB Fast Foods trainings (BMT and Serve Safe).

Responsibilities

• Directs shift operations to ensure fast, accurate food prep and service.
• Leads crew to deliver the Customer Promise and brand standards.
• Trains and motivates crew, assigns tasks, and ensures accountability.
• Maintains compliance with food safety, sanitation, and policies.
• Supports cash control, inventory, and scheduling during shifts.
