Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top-notch food quality and service. The role supports overnight operations with a schedule that varies by location and business needs.

Pay starts at $20.50/hour with a $2 overnight premium. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401K with employer match, plus Life Insurance and HSA contributions. Growth opportunities exist through training and development.

Formación

• 1+ year of supervision in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced team with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication and professionalism.
• Willingness to work evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsabilidades

• Lead restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments for quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure budget guidelines.
• Ensure equipment safety and maintenance.
• Conduct briefings with front/back-of-house staff pre/post service.
• Provide professional and ethical leadership; coach and develop staff.
