Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Westfield to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service. You will lead the team through opening, prep, and closing duties and work closely with the chef leadership to maintain standards.

Expect a fast-paced environment with strong emphasis on safety, sanitation, and cost control. Must lead by example and support training and development for restaurant staff.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of supervising or leading a team in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Lead restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards across back-of-house areas.
