Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Meet store policies including quality beverages, food, cash handling and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure quality beverages and customer service.
• Coach and supervise team members to meet of Starbucks standards.
• Maintain store safety and security while directing staff during service periods.
