SSC Services for Education, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Shift Supervisor for White Hall Schools, AR. This full-time role directs associates on a shift, ensures work meets policy standards and maintains safety and quality.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and performance evaluation, with opportunities for growth. 2 years of supervisory experience required; benefits are included with same-day pay option in some cases.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Full-time schedule Monday through Friday; hours may vary.
• Location: White Hall Schools - 700 Bulldog Drive, White Hall, AR 71602. Openings at other locations within school district.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline when needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement; perform other duties as assigned.
