Job summary

ESFM is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor at our Rockville, VA location. You will direct a shift, ensure tasks meet policy and quality standards, and supervise associates. Initial startup hours may differ as site launches, with planned transition to standard schedules.

Prior supervisory, warehouse, or janitorial experience is a plus and a $500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days. Compensation includes a fixed pay rate of $21.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

• Experience supervising a team of associates.
• Ability to create, train, and manage work schedules.
• Experience with reporting, quality, productivity, and safety metrics.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide training, evaluate performance, and reward or correct behavior as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality and safety targets are met.
• Serve as point of contact for employee requests and time-off concerns.
• Mentor employees and support career advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
