Job summary

Braum's is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Braum's Grand Prairie, TX location. You will lead the shift, coach the crew, and ensure a great customer experience while maintaining product quality.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory or retail leadership experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Compensation ranges from $14.50 to $15.00 per hour, with an annual salary of about $35,500–$37,000.

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
