The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and ensuring health, safety, and accuracy in daily operations while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail or restaurant settings.
• Regular and punctual attendance with or without accommodations.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Six months of experience in roles requiring frequent customer interaction.
• Dress code compliance and professional appearance as per policy.
• Experience delegating tasks to multiple employees and coordinating workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Delegate tasks to partners to maintain the Starbucks Experience.
• Model and uphold Starbucks guiding principles during shifts.
• Provide legendary customer service and respond to customer needs.
• Train new partners and coach performance respectfully.
• Maintain opening and closing duties and inventory controls.
• Ensure cash handling and safety policies are followed during shifts.
