Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, with customer customization as needed
• Direct shift operations to ensure quality beverages and safe, clean service
• Coach and supervise staff to meet store policies and standards
• Maintain cash handling and store safety and security measures
