Qualifications

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Six (6) months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including substitutions.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to and coordinating two or more employees.
