Job summary

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality with or without accommodations.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards for beverages, food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Minimum 6 months in a role involving direct customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
• Prepare and coach beverages/food per standard recipes, with possible substitutions.
• At least 6 months delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct work, learn quickly, and work as part of a team.
