Starbucks Corp. is hiring a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart in a welcoming coffeehouse environment in Oklahoma City. You will oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly service for every customer.

This role requires 6 months of customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to delegate tasks to at least two coworkers. Flexible hours and a focus on safety and quality are essential.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Cash handling and store safety and security responsibilities.
• 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to delegate tasks to at least two employees.
• Ability to lead and coach food/beverage preparation to standard recipes.
