Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and ensure quality beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Coach and delegate tasks to fellow partners to meet store goals and customer needs.
• Maintain store policies, safety, security, and cash handling with or without reasonable accommodations.
