Job summary
Starbucks Coffee Company in Virginia Beach is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily shift operations, coach partners, and ensure quality beverages and food while maintaining a welcoming store environment. Qualifications
- Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customized for customers
- At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Responsibilities
- Direct the work of others and lead shift operations
- Ensure quality beverages and food products and maintain store safety
- Provide excellent customer service and handle cash responsibilities
- Coach and delegate tasks to team members to meet store goals
