Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a part-time shift supervisor to lead a storefront team in New York. You will oversee shift operations, ensure order accuracy, and coach baristas in beverage and food preparation to standard recipes while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.

Ideal candidates bring six months of customer-facing experience, ability to work flexible hours, and a focus on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including cash handling and safety, with or without accommodations.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
