Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will lead with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming store environment and high-quality beverage and food preparation. You will coach and delegate tasks to partners, maintain standards for service, safety, and cash handling, and help create a positive experience for customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality required, with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Six months in a role with customer interaction.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation per recipes or customer tweaks.
• At least six months delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach team members to deliver quality beverages and food.
• Maintain high standards of service, safety, and cash handling.
• Mentor and delegate tasks to staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
