Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a welcoming, high-energy environment. You will coach and coordinate a small team, uphold quality beverage/food standards, and ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Attend to customers with consistency and professionalism.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Follow store policies: cash handling, safety, quality beverages/food.
• Six months of experience interacting with customers
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more teammates

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space.
• Oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members during shifts.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store safety.
