This role requires reliable attendance, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus six months of customer-facing experience. You will collaborate with store leadership to uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction and fulfilling requests
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
• Maintain store policies and standards including quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety and security
• Experience delegating tasks to multiple employees (6+ months)
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Lead shift operations and coach team members to deliver quality beverages and service
