Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Houston is seeking a passionate Shift Supervisor to lead the bar and food service while upholding our craft and heart in every cup. You will coach partners, maintain product quality, and ensure a welcoming store environment for our community.

You will direct daily operations, manage tasks across a small team, and partner with your store leadership to deliver consistent customer experiences during flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Meet store policies including quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food to standard or customized recipes.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
