Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies, provide quality beverages and food, handle cash and maintain safety.
• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling and store safety.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality and support adherence to store policies.
