Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to direct work, learn quickly, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach beverage preparation to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Lead shift with craft and heart to maintain a welcoming space for guests.
• Ensure store policies are followed, including cash handling, safety and security.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth operations.
