Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Minnesota is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will lead with craft and heart to keep our store welcoming and efficient. You will coach partners, ensure product quality, and uphold safety and store standards while delivering warm hospitality to every guest.

The role requires flexible hours, prior customer service experience, and the ability to delegate tasks, direct the work of others, and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months interacting with customers in a service role.
• Six months delegating tasks to two or more teammates.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others and lead with craft and heart.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work across staff.
