Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations, coach partners and ensure high-quality beverages and food in a welcoming space for the community. You will guide associates, maintain service standards and manage daily activities across shifts.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating 2+ staff.
