Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Cash handling, food and beverage preparation to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others to ensure store standards.
• Coach and develop team members for quality beverages and customer service.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.
• Support store safety and security policies and procedures.
