Qualifications

• Attend regularly and be punctual.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food per standard recipes.
• 6 months experience in customer-facing role.
• 6 months experience delegating tasks to ≥2 employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of a team to serve customers.
• Coach staff to prepare drinks and food per standard recipes.
• Ensure store policies, safety and cash handling are followed.
• Lead by example and foster a welcoming store environment.
