You will supervise team members, delegate tasks, train partners, manage cash handling and safety, and uphold store policies while maintaining punctual attendance and flexible scheduling across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role with customer interaction.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to prepare and coach food/beverage preparation to standard recipes and customize as needed.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise shift operations and staff.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products and maintain store standards.
• Manage cash handling and store safety protocols.
• Provide coaching and development to team members.
