Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Knowledge of cash handling and store safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a shift with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming space.
• Ensure quality beverages and food items are prepared to standard recipes.
• Direct and delegate tasks to team members during busy periods.
