Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for customers and the community. You will mentor teammates, uphold quality beverages and food, and model exceptional service on every shift.

You’ll manage tasks, coordinate with crew, and help drive store standards, safety, and efficiency while maintaining attendance and flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role that required constant interaction with customers
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming for the community
• Direct the work of team members and ensure service quality and safety
• Coach and train staff to maintain standard recipes and customer experience
• Coordinate tasks and staffing to meet store needs and peak hours
