Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality with/without accommodation
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, holidays
• Follow store policies including quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety
• Six months of experience interacting with customers
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks store environment
• Coach and direct team members to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Uphold store standards, safety, and cash handling procedures
