Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, making each visit welcoming for the community. You’ll guide the team, coach beverage and food prep, and ensure policies and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Ability to delegate tasks to others.
• Experience coaching food and beverage preparation to standard recipes.
• Ability to train staff and maintain store standards.
