Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach teammates.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members during shifts and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate tasks of multiple employees.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold store policies, safety and cash handling.
