Overview

SHIFT SUPERVISOR (CHICK-FIL-A) – FULL TIME at Chick-Fil-A, George Washington University, 1918 F Street, NW, Washington, DC 20052.

Schedule and Location

Schedule: Full Time. Shifts vary with business needs. Open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedures are followed.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, recognize high performers, and address performance issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Act as the point of contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior professional experience in Chick-Fil-A restaurants required; branded fast-casual dining, culinary and operations/staff supervisory experience.
