Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
