SHIFT SUPERVISOR – RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Operations: Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) is followed by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise and delegate daily checklists, keep the store clean and safe, and report any issues.
• Team Training: Support new juicers with the global training mantra – Knowledge, Training, Practice, Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: Monitor commercial targets, manage deliveries, and guide the team to support store sales performance.

SHIFT SUPERVISOR – QUALIFICATIONS
