• Previous barista, shift lead, and Starbucks experience is required.
• Ability to supervise a shift and direct associates.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and reward or correct as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety goals.
• Act as a contact person for employee requests or time-off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
