Job summary

SSP The Food Travel Experts in Dallas is seeking a Team Leader to drive customer service excellence and supervise daily operations. You will lead a small team on shift, take responsibility for opening and closing, and handle some financial aspects of the unit while ensuring SSP brand standards are followed.

You will create a positive and engaging atmosphere, maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and colleagues, and support management in delivering smooth service at airport

A Team Leader plays an important role in the day to day running of the business supporting the management team with opening and closing and some financial aspects of the unit, also ensures best brand practise is followed and we are providing a safe and clean environment for our customers and team.
