Job summary

GolfSuites Baton Rouge is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help lead our team in delivering FUN with hospitality and a memorable Guest Experience. You will work with our Team Partners to ensure smooth shifts, high standards, and engaging service.

This role requires 2+ years in a fast-paced, upscale dining setting, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work varied shifts. You’ll help with training, inventory, and daily operations while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
• Advanced knowledge of drink recipes and food/bev service.
• Availability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for the location.

An Shift Supervisor helps their team provide best-in-class service with hospitality for our Guests. By working with, training, and coaching our Team Partners, the Shift Supervisor have the time of their lives. Shift Supervisors have general operational responsibilities related to running the venue (opening/closing, managing shifts, etc.), but they make sure these never interfere with the Guest Experience. Additionally, Shift Supervisors may be responsible for assisting with other specific business functions, including Team Partners development and training, ordering and inventory management, and facilities maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the team in providing best-in-class service daily

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience with experience in a high-volume, upscale-to-fine-dining restaurant environment preferred

• Advanced knowledge of standard drink recipes as well as advanced knowledge of food, beer, wine and spirits

• Availability to work varied shifts, including which may include mornings, mid shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays

• Ability to work on a team with energy and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location

• Excellent communication, time management and organization skills

• Working knowledge of applicable safety and sanitation procedures

• A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
