Job summary

GolfSuites Baton Rouge is seeking a Full-Time Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will coach Team Partners, manage shifts, and ensure high-energy service while upholding safety and brand standards across Front of House operations.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership in hospitality or food & beverage venues.

Position Summary

GolfSuites Baton Rouge is looking for a energetic, motivated, and hospitality-driven Full-Time Shift Supervisor to help lead daily operations and create unforgettable guest experiences. Supervisors play a key leadership role by supporting venue operations, leading Team Partners, ensuring exceptional guest service, and helping deliver a fun, high-energy atmosphere every shift.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching and motivating teams, and is passionate about hospitality, entertainment, food & beverage, and guest engagement.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and support Team Partners during daily operations
• Assist with shift management and floor supervision
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Help maintain a positive, energetic, and professional work environment
• Ensure all Team Partners follow company standards, policies, and procedures
• Support onboarding and training of new employees
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest service
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for all guests
• Maintain strong communication with guests and team members
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects the GolfSuites brand

Operations

• Assist in overseeing Front of House and/or Back of House operations
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, organization, and venue appearance
• Support food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory, opening/closing procedures, and shift execution
• Help maintain operational efficiency during high-volume periods

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Ensure compliance with Louisiana and local regulations
• Maintain professionalism and workplace standards at all times

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisor, restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment venue experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Must be dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• Restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
• Experience in entertainment venues, bars, or high-volume environments
• Cash handling and POS system experience
• Ability to work weekends
• Food & beverage knowledge
