Job summary

CC Holdings is hiring full-time and part-time Cashier/CSR staff for the Shapiros location at the Indianapolis International Airport. The role requires nights and weekends, early hours, and a strong focus on guest service and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Indianapolis International Airport. Start date ranges from late September through December depending on onboarding timelines. Must have a liquor license and a valid driver’s license for airport passes.

Responsibilities

• Sets up the station according to café guidelines.
• Prepares all food items in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Prepares dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Ensures food quality and safety through proper sanitation and storage procedures.
• Promotes products and promotions through suggestive selling.
• Records orders, handles payments, gives change, and balances drawers.
• Acts as a role model and assists with on-the-job training for new staff.
• Collaborates with team members to support operations and standards.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday
• Nights and weekends required
• 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM (shifts vary)
