Legacy Healthcare LLC at Warren Barr Orland Park is seeking a Night Nurse Supervisor to lead the nursing team on the night shift, ensuring exceptional resident care and staff mentorship.

You will supervise clinical staff, reinforce infection prevention, and help build a positive, inclusive facility culture while maintaining staffing to meet resident needs. Illinois RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Illinois RN license and CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience; 5 years RN management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, staff supervision and infection prevention practices required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of clinical staff on your unit and provide guidance and education.
• Ensure a positive, inclusive facility culture and maintain infection control practices.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet residents' needs and uphold high quality care.
